Biodata Pemain Secret Garden

Drama ini menceritakan kisah Gil Ra Im (Ha Ji-won), seorang pemeran pengganti miskin dan rendah hati yang kecantikan dan keelokan tubuhnya dicemburui oleh aktris top, dan Kim Joo Won (Hyun Bin) , seorang CEO kaya arogan dan eksentrik yang memuja-muja kesempurnaannya. Pertemuan mereka terjadi secara kebetulan, ketika Joo Won salah menduga bahwa Ra Im adalah aktris Park Chae Rin, yang menandai awal ketegangan di antara mereka, saling bertengkar, di mana Joo Won mencoba untuk menyembunyikan ketertarikannya yang tumbuh terhadap Ra Im yang membingungkan dan mengganggunya karena selalu dihantui oleh sosok Ra Im dalam pikirannya. Masalah semakin rumit saat keduanya secara tidak sengaja bertukar tubuh.
